Since the Punkt XII e.V. association was founded in 2016, the place's development has been documented in activity reports – here with photo and text, so the path from the very beginning to today can be traced.

From vision to living place.
In 1990 it all begins as an idea in the heart of the Steigerwald. What follows is decades of work by hand: foundations, roof structures, interior finishing – stone by stone, report by report. Since 2016 the Punkt XII e.V. association has carried this development forward and recorded it in activity reports.

Report · The start of a life's work
What is Punkt XII today began as a vision in the heart of the Steigerwald. Foundations and walls are built by hand – the first step on a path that continues to this day.
Report · The roof takes shape
The roof timbers of the house are raised – by hand, beam by beam. A visible milestone on the path from idea to a living, inhabitable place.
Report · Walls, timber framing and old courtyards
Old half-timbered houses and courtyards are secured and renovated piece by piece – scaffold by scaffold, by hand. Derelict walls gradually become an inhabitable, living place.

Work continues inside while new rooms are already taking shape outside. Every stage of this path is documented – photo by photo, so the development stays traceable.
Report · Founding of Punkt XII e.V.
The vision becomes a registered association. Since then the place's development has been documented seamlessly with activity reports and photographs – meditation, yoga and life practice as a common thread.
Report · A living place of encounter
65 beds, several seminar rooms, a wellness area, winter gardens and a colourful community of twelve facets – the reports keep growing, step by step, just like the place itself.

Building continues today: the covered courtyard and further rooms are being renewed. Step by step new accommodation and seminar spaces take shape – the activity reports go on.
