The aim is to move new people to invest here and to take part – on every level. It needs a strategy that has never existed before, so that a win-win situation emerges for everyone.
1990 became a life's work, in 2016 the life's work became an association, and the association became a house with around 65 beds, several seminar rooms, a wellness area, winter gardens and a large communal kitchen. What's missing now are the people to fill it with us.

Punkt XII keeps growing: expansion, facilities, new projects. Anyone who wants to invest gets figures, plans and a personal conversation – transparent and direct.
Workshop and carpentry, kitchen, garden, setting up before events: much of this place was built by hand – and still is.
Yoga, Ayurveda, therapy, music, cooking, craft, media: if you're good at something, you can offer it here – as a course leader, in the team or as a partner.
Seminar leaders, retreat organisers, yoga schools and companies rent the whole venue – we host, you bring your programme.

—Using the venue
With around 65 beds, a communal kitchen and several seminar rooms, Punkt XII is bigger than most retreat houses. So it doesn't run on one model, but three – in parallel.
We provide accommodation, kitchen and catering, seminar room, garden and nature, plus the organisation on site. The organiser brings participants, marketing, programme, teachers and insurance for their content. Billed per person or as a venue rental.
A team of experts creates our own retreats – from yoga through Ayurveda and breathwork to sound, nutrition and bodywork. That way the house itself becomes the brand.
Both together: we run some retreats of our own each year and additionally open the house to selected external organisers. That keeps the calendar as full as possible.
