Terms & Conditions

These general terms and conditions apply to bookings, the rental of accommodation and rooms as well as to the participation in seminars, retreats and events of Punkt XII e.V. (Oberrimbach, Haus 20 & 23, 96152 Burghaslach).

1. Scope

The following terms apply to all contracts concluded between Punkt XII e.V. and its guests, tenants and participants. Deviating agreements require written confirmation.

2. Enquiry, offer and contract

Enquiries via our forms, by email or by phone are non-binding. A contract is only formed once we have confirmed the booking or rental in writing (by email is sufficient). Our rates are reference values; the binding price results from our individual offer.

3. Prices and payment

Unless otherwise agreed, the price stated in our confirmation applies. Payment terms and any deposit are set out in the respective offer or confirmation. Payment is possible via PayPal or bank transfer, or by separate arrangement; the applicable payment details are stated on the confirmation or invoice.

4. Cancellation

Cancellations must be made in writing. Depending on the notice period and the type of booking, cancellation fees may apply; these are stated in the individual offer or confirmation. We recommend taking out travel or seminar cancellation insurance.

5. Arrival, departure and house rules

Agreed arrival and departure times apply. Guests undertake to treat the premises, facilities and nature with care and to observe the house rules. In the shared house, mutual consideration is essential.

6. Liability

Punkt XII e.V. is liable in accordance with statutory provisions for intent and gross negligence. Liability for slight negligence is limited to the breach of essential contractual obligations and to the foreseeable, typical damage. Use of the wellness area, the grounds and nature is at your own risk.

7. Final provisions

German law applies. Should individual provisions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected. Contact: info@punkt-xii.de.
